At Motherless Daughters Retreats, we regularly use guided meditations to help us access different states of consciousness for healing. One of the most popular is a Meditation to Meet the Younger Self, which encourages us to travel back in imaginal time to communicate with ourselves in the past. It works best when you have 15-20 minutes available. Position yourself comfortably on a bed, lie on the floor, or sit in a chair with both feet on the floor to begin.
